4. Terms Relating to Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, a turnover of 10 times the total bonus amount must be completed (wagering requirement: 10x).

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member is eligible to receive a specific bonus offer only once.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the required turnover for using the bonus has been met.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.
• dhakawin reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following payment methods may be used for financial transactions on dhakawin: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.
• Deposited funds will be added to the account after successful verification.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

6. Terms Relating to Betting and Gaming

All betting and gaming activities on dhakawin are conducted under these Terms and the individual rules of each game.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

• Review each bet carefully before confirming — once confirmed, cancellation is not possible.
• dhakawin reserves the right to cancel any bet incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. Each event has a set minimum and maximum bet limit.

7. Prohibited Activities
